After a thorough review of their systems and processes, I helped Hatch implement Xero to overhaul their accounting system. I rolled out a customer CRM (Insightly) to track their customers and to track where work was coming from. I assisted in the creation of a new website and the design and implementation of smart new branding.
The team at Hatch have seen an increase in sales and their costs are now far better controlled. Administration has been streamlined and management information is accurate and timely. One member of staff was able to reduce her hours and spend time with her new grandchild, as the implementation of Xero had reduced her workload.
