H20 Pumping Solutions Ltd

Stuart, Daniel and Laura started a pumping services company. They approached me when they decided to take their business up a gear and because they wanted to move the company off the kitchen table.

The Challenge:

  • Records were paper based
  • Time wasting due to engineers not being in the right place
  • No file back up
  • Not able to track conversion rates
  • The business was being run from the kitchen table

The Strategy:

After a careful review of their existing systems I installed Office 365 (for secure email and shared calendars) and OneDrive to ensure their files were properly backed up. I installed Xero so that they could invoice electronically, track their conversion rate and have access to live figures to help with credit control. I rolled out ServiceM8 and a fleet of iPads via JamF. Since moving into new premises I’ve ensured they have a 3CX phone system with a single freephone number, so they no longer need to give out their mobile phone numbers.

The Result:

Since Stuart, Daniel and Laura moved their business to new premises they are delighted to have new technology in place so that their business is run professionally. They are relieved to know that their files are backed up and that their business finances are now electronic and compliant. Since many tasks are now automated, they can now focus on marketing and growing their business.
