I put Xero in place, as well as Vend (a point of sale solution). I also installed new PCs and technology in the shop. The roll out went smoothly with all staff able to operate the new technology. Most of the paper needed to run the business was eliminated.
The team are relieved that they are now compliant with Making Tax Digital. Now that Xero is in place, they are enjoying a robust digital accounting system which gives them their sales and expenses at the touch of a button.
